Service Technician

Responsibilities
The Service Technician will report to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for the repair of machinery and components at high levels of quality. Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair on heavy construction equipment in a safe and timely manner are key elements in this role. This individual works under direct supervision and works at our branch

Requirements
Success in this position requires a technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required.

Field Service Technician

Responsibilities
The Field Service Technician will report to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for the effective repair of machine components in the field, at high levels of quality.

Requirements
For one to be successful in this position a candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions, strong diagnostic skills, ability to work in the field setting with minimal supervision, and must have a can do personality with a sale aptitude. A technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required. A valid Wisconsin Driver's License is also required.

Parts Manager

We are seeking an individual who exhibits key skills of: Leadership, Strong & Effective Communication & Customer Service driven.

Responsibilities
The Parts Manager reports to the Branch Manager and will manage the parts department at our Sussex branch location. The Parts Manager will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department. This top position is responsible for Managerial/Supervisory of subordinates, Forecasting and Planning, Employee Relations and Team Development and Customer Service/Sales and Marketing.

Eau Claire/La Crosse Area: Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities
The Territory Sales Manager will sell heavy construction equipment from leading manufactures such as CASE, Kobelco, Bomag, Terex and more. This position is responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with current customers and developing new business. The individual will be responsible for the following counties surrounding Eau Claire, Wisconsin - Buffalo, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe Pepin, Trempealeau and Vernon County

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience in the construction industry, reside in one of the above counties, be a self-starter, independent, and sales goal oriented. College degree required. Competitive compensation commission plan including monthly car allowance.
