The GlobalTRACS equipment management systems automatically collect and wirelessly transmit data about your equipment, so you can track your equipment location at all times and monitor the hours of operation. Machine health monitoring is included with GlobalTRACS only. All data can be accessed through the internet and integrated into your business systems. You can also allow outside parties to access your equipment data.
Automatic Maintenance
Miller-Bradford and Risberg can take care of your maintenance needs automatically. We can even troubleshoot problems remotely, so we arrive at your job site with the parts and diagnostic equipment to repair your equipment faster, as long as you have given us access to your equipment data.

Location information
View the current location for your equipment and select a period of time to see the history of the movements. Through PFW IntelliDealer, the location information is given in terms of longitude, latitude, and proximity to the nearest city, town or landmark. With this information you can determine whether the equipment has crossed the boundaries set through the geo-fence.
Preventive Maintenance
The machine hour meter readings are transmitted to Miller-Bradford & Risberg’s database daily, with your approval, to assure that your equipment is serviced on time for any preventive maintenance agreements. We can schedule service automatically based on these readings to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Quick, Accurate Repairs
Miller-Bradford & Risberg can troubleshoot equipment problems remotely when your equipment has GlobalTRACS®. With wireless technology, we can access your system controls, with your approval, to determine the most likely reasons for any malfunctions. When we come to your site for service, we’ll bring the parts you need and the correct testing equipment, reducing the number of field visits that may be required for repairs.
