Service Technician

Responsibilities
The Service Technician will report to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for the repair of machinery and components at high levels of quality. Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair on heavy construction equipment in a safe and timely manner are key elements in this role. This individual works under direct supervision and works at our branch

Requirements
Success in this position requires a technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required.

Field Service Technician

Responsibilities
The Field Service Technician will report to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for the effective repair of machine components in the field, at high levels of quality.

Requirements
For one to be successful in this position a candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions, strong diagnostic skills, ability to work in the field setting with minimal supervision, and must have a can do personality with a sale aptitude. A technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required. A valid Wisconsin Driver's License is also required.

Parts Counter Salesperson

Responsibilities
This position will report to the Parts Manager and is responsible for but not limited to:
1. Customer parts sales
2. Customer parts ordering processing
3. Telephone parts sales
4. In store sales and parts merchandising
5. Shipping and Receiving

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have equivalent experience in parts sales but we will train the right person. The candidate must have strong selling skills, excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills and good computer and parts ordering systems knowledge.

Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities
The Territory Sales Manager will sell heavy construction equipment from leading manufacturers such as CASE, Kobelco, Sandvik, Bomag, and more. This position is responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with current customers and developing new business. The individual will be responsible for the following counties surrounding the Sussex, Wisconsin branch: Washington, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Fond du Lac counties.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience in the construction industry, reside in one of the above counties, be a self-starter, independent, and sales goal oriented. College Degree preferred.

Parts Manager

We are seeking an individual who exhibits the key skills of leadership, strong & effective communication, and who is customer service driven.

Responsibilities
The Parts Manager reports to the Branch Manager and will manage the parts department at our DeForest branch location. The Parts Manager will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department. This top position is responsible for managing and supervising of subordinates, forecasting and planning, employee relations and team development, and customer service, sales and marketing.

Requirements
Success in this position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a parts department, solid inventory management knowledge, a strong working knowledge of construction equipment operations and parts functions. Requires solid parts department management knowledge and experience. Must have good understanding of financial reporting principles. Solid understanding of pricing and discounting effects. Good business acumen. Ability to lead and mentor subordinates and leadership skills in a specialized construction equipment environment. Excellent communication skills, solid customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, work independently, and a can-do attitude. Must have above above average computer skills with MS Office, Outlook, purchase order systems and business operating systems.

This top position is responsible for managerial/supervisory of subordinates, forecasting and planning, employee relations, team development, customer service/sales, and marketing.

Success in this position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in service operations and labor with experience in selling at a management level. A strong working knowledge of construction equipment operations and mechanical functions. Solid shop floor management knowledge and experience. Good understanding of financial reporting principles. Solid understanding of pricing and discounting effects. Good business acumen. Ability to lead and mentor subordinates and leadership skills in a specialized repair environment. Excellent communication skills, solid customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, work independently, and a can-do attitude. Must be highly organized.
